On July 7, the Diplomatic School hosted participants of the “Young Diplomacy-2014”,  а Summer School which is organized by “International Humanitarian Development”, an NGO. The project brings together students from Armenian universities, as well as young specialists who are interested in international relations. It aims at contributing to participants’ practical knowledge and skills through trainings, seminars, master-classes and meetings with high-ranked specialists from state and non-state institutions, as well as international organizations. The Director of the Diplomatic School, Dr. Vahe Gabrielyan presented to the participants of the project the aims of the Diplomatic School and the main aspects of its activities. The Director talked about the admission procedures, the methods of teaching and the special features of the “International Relations and Diplomacy” course. Ambassador Gabrielyan answered an array of questions, which included some on recruitment by the MFA and studying at the School.
