On February 23, 2015, the “International Relations and Diplomacy “ program 2015 started with a lecture by the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Mr Edvard Nalbandian. Minister Nalbandian spoke about the priorities of Armenia's foreign policy, touched upon the complex nature of the diplomatic profession and answered the students' questions.
