On October 24, H.E. Ruben Beltran, Ambassador of United Mexican States to Armenia, visited the Diplomatic School.

Ambassador Beltran delivered a talk on the structural reforms implemented in Mexico and answered the students questions about Mexico's foreign piolicy.
