On December 26, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, met the students of the Diplomatic School. In his traditional end-of-year lecture the Minister summed up the diplomatic year, dwelling mainly on developments of special ineterst to the Republic of Armenia.
