On July 27th, students of the “International Relations and Diplomacy” 2022-23 programme received their graduation certificates during a ceremony attended by high-ranking diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan handed the certificates to the graduates, congratulating them on the successful completion of the programme and wished well for their further endeavours.
