A formal ceremony of handing graduation certificates to the 2012 "Diplomacy and International Relations" program students of the Diplomatic School took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affiars. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia handed certificates to the 27 graduates of the program, congratulated and wished them well.
