On June 12, the Diplomatic School hosted Mr. James Appathurai, the Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia. James Appathurai spoke about the challenges that NATO faces today, the NATO’s activities in the region. He referred to partnership programs between NATO Armenia and in that context talked about Armenian peacekeepers. The lecture was followed by a questions and answers sessions.
