On September 9th, the Diplomatic School launched its second 2019 programme for mid-career training of diplomats. The lectures are delivered by high-ranking diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, lecturers and trainers from Armenian and foreign educational institutions, who impart their knowledge and experience to young diplomats. The over two-month certificate programme aimed at updating the participants’ knowledge of Armenia’s foreign policy agenda, as well as developing certain professional practical skills. Welcoming remarks at the start of the training were delivered by the Director of the Diplomatic School, Ambassador Vahe Gabrielyan․ The first session of the programme, “The current state of legislation regulating the diplomatic service of the RA” what was conducted by Mr. Tigran Galstyan, the acting Head of the Department of Treaties and International Law of the MFA.
